An Associate Designer works under guidance to develop skills and technical knowledge to become a Designer professional. Aids the Design team under supervision and partners senior staff producing acceptable solutions for internal and external customers. In this role, the Associate Designer builds an understanding of functional ingredients, flavoring materials, end uses and customer bases. Manages assigned projects with supervision from the team leader/manager.

The Planning Supervisor is responsible for planning, controlling, and optimizing finished goods inventory to ensure product availability, on-time customer fulfillment, and optimal inventory levels. The role leads the finished goods planning team, ensures effective scheduling and production alignment, and actively manages SLOBs (Slow‑Moving, Obsolete &amp; Blocked stocks) while driving continuous improvement across planning processes.
