Basic Job Function
The Manager of Talent Management is a strategic leader responsible for designing, implementing and optimizing the organization&rsquo;s employee development lifecycle. This role is accountable for four core pillars of the employee experience: employee relations, hiring and recruiting, performance management and learning and development. This position will have support in the execution of recruiting and learning &amp; development efforts.

Requirements:

Core Responsibilities:
1. Employee Relations<ul><li>
Conducts employee relations actions across the organization, including conflict resolution strategies ensuring fair, consistent, and legally compliant employment practices.</li><li>
Serves as a key liaison between employees, managers, and leadership, providing guidance on company policies, performance management, disciplinary actions, and workplace issues.</li><li>
Recommend proactive employee relations strategies to reduce risk and improve culture, while coaching managers on handling workplace concerns.</li></ul>
2. Performance Management<ul><li>
Lead the execution of annual and mid-year performance review cycles.</li><li>
Develop clear promotion criteria tied to core competencies.</li><li>
Draw on research and best practices to identify investments IFF will make in its talent management function, to support continued improvements in performance management.</li><li>
Lead initiatives that improve employee accountability, recognition, and continuous feedback.</li></ul>
3. Succession Planning<ul><li>
Identify and prioritize critical roles across the organization and develop robust succession pipelines.</li><li>
Collaborate with the Chief People Officer (CPO) to forecast future talent needs and align succession strategies with business objectives.</li><li>
Lead and facilitate talent bench reviews, including readiness assessments, to ensure leadership continuity and organizational resilience.</li></ul>
4. Talent Management Programs &amp; Events<ul><li>
Oversee the company-wide Mentoring Program, including program design, participant engagement, and outcome measurement.</li><li>
Plan and coordinate employee engagement events such as Bring Your Kid to Work Day across all office locations, ensuring consistency and alignment with company culture.</li><li>
Support programs for high-potential employees and leadership development (excluding training delivery).</li></ul>
5. Expected to be involved in hiring and recruiting processes, including actively interviewing candidates, process improvement, and in future state, may take ownership of some aspects of hiring processes.

1. Stronger alignment between performance outcomes and compensation or development plans.
2. Employee relations situations handled appropriately, fairly, consistently and successfully mitigating enterprise risk. ER documentation is thorough and follows appropriate documentation retention standards.

Position Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or related field. Certification in the HR field preferred (PHR, SPHR-CP, or similar).
Previous Experience:<ul><li>5-7 years of progressive experience in HR, with expertise in employee relations required, performance management and recruiting are required. Experience in learning &amp; development is a plus.</li><li>Strong understanding of employment law, HR best practices and talent development methodologies.</li><li>Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.</li><li>Must be invested in continuous improvement, open to continuous feedback and brings a solutions oriented approach to their work.</li><li>Confidentiality is unwavering and can be trusted with sensitive matters.</li></ul>

Basic Job Function
The Learning &amp; Development Manager leads the design and implementation of enterprise-wide learning initiatives that strengthen organizational performance, facilitates growth and development of employees and supplements mission impact. This role builds and manages a comprehensive L&amp;D platform, designs professional development programs, conducts training programs and, and manages ongoing skills assessments to ensure team members have the capabilities required for high-quality mission impact, community engagement, and operational excellence.
The position reports to the Chief People Officer (CPO). It is responsible for developing learning pathways, evaluating knowledge and skill development, and fostering a culture of continuous learning aligned with IFF&rsquo;s mission.

Requirements:

Enterprise Learning Strategy &amp; Platform Development
1. Develop a multi-year L&amp;D strategy aligned with organizational goals, lending programs, compliance needs, and CDFI Fund requirements.
2. Lead the selection, customization, and launch of an enterprise learning platform (LMS), including content structure, user roles, tracking training completions, certifications, skill progression, and reporting.
3. Identify skill gaps and create targeted development programs for employees at all levels.
4. Design and implement leadership development, manager training, technical training, and professional growth initiatives.
5. Build a comprehensive library of learning modules covering CDFI fundamentals, underwriting, credit risk, impact reporting, regulatory requirements, and soft skills.
6. Establish enterprise-wide training frameworks, policies, and procedures.
Personal &amp; Professional Development
1. Spearhead career growth initiatives by designing structured development pathways (e.g., &ldquo;Loan Officer Career Ladder,&rdquo; &ldquo;Emerging Leaders Program,&rdquo; &ldquo;New Manager Bootcamp&rdquo;) to enable upward mobility.
2. Implement coaching, mentorship, and peer-learning programs that support continuous professional growth and readiness for advancement.
3. Facilitate workshops on leadership, communication, conflict resolution, time management, coaching, and goal setting.
Training Delivery &amp; Facilitation
1. Develop and deliver training using multiple modalities (in-person, virtual, on-demand, blended learning).
2. Partner with internal subject matter experts in Lending, Finance, Impact, Operations, and Compliance to produce technical training modules.
3. Coordinate external training partners.
Skills Assessment &amp; Knowledge Advancement
1. Develop competency models and proficiency scales for specific roles.
2. Analyze learning data to identify skill gaps and training priorities.
3. Track individual and team-level progress over time using LMS analytics and assessment tools.
4. Provide learning impact reports to senior leadership.
Equity &amp; Inclusion
1. In partnership with the Chief Equity Diversity Officer (CEDO), design learning content which reflects the organization's mission, values, and behaviors and CDFI&rsquo;s commitment to economic justice, financial inclusion, and culturally responsive service.
2. Ensuring training is accessible and inclusive.

KPI &amp; Performance Measurement<ul><li>
Establish and manage existing KPIs for training impact, such as course completion rates, knowledge test scores, skills proficiency metrics, time to productivity for new hires, and performance improvement tied to training.</li></ul>

Build career development frameworks and resources to support employee growth, coach managers on fostering learning within their teams, and integrate Learning and Development metrics with the Talent Management Dashboard

1. Successfully hitting KPIs for the Learning and Development function, which have been established per our Strategic Plan.
2. High level of satisfaction among staff for enterprise training and learning stemming from the L&amp;D function.
3. High level of satisfaction among managers around training initiatives stemming from the L&amp;D function.

Position Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in human resources, organizational development, education, or five years of relevant work experience as a qualified substitute for a bachelor&rsquo;s degree.

Strong grounding in adult learning theory, instructional design, and training facilitation.</li><li>

The Internal Communications Manager is a critical part of IFF&rsquo;s organizational culture and internal alignment. This role is responsible for developing and executing all internal communication channels and events, ensuring that all staff are informed, engaged, and connected to the organization&rsquo;s mission, values, and strategic goals. 2. Content and Channel Management.<ul><li>

Liaise with other staff and department leads to ensure content is being submitted on schedule and aligns with organizational goals.</li><li>
Manage the IFF Intranet as the primary hub for internal information, ensuring content is current, relevant, easy to find, and visually engaging.</li></ul>
3. Staff Engagement and Culture Building.<ul><li>
Lead the planning, logistics, and content development for all-staff meetings, including the agenda, presentations, and follow-up communications.</li><li>
Organize and promote the &quot;Brown Bag&quot; Lunch and Learn series, coordinating speakers and topics to support staff development and knowledge sharing.</li><li>
Lead on planning and execution of the annual All-Staff Retreat, managing all communication, logistics, and content development to maximize team building and alignment.</li></ul>
4. Relationship Management.<ul><li>
Liaise with Talent Management and Office of the Chief Equity and Diversity Officer on the best approach and messaging for internal announcements to actively build and reinforce IFF's organizational culture, including around commitments to Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI), new staff onboarding, and more.</li><li>
Acts as a trusted advisor, providing best practices and strategic counsel on internal messaging, timing, and channel selection.</li></ul>
5. Other. Assists with other department functions and projects, as needed. Develops and completes an annual professional development plan, in consultation with supervisor. Maintains required job knowledge, skills, and core professional competencies.

Position Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in communications, journalism, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
Previous Experience: Minimum three years&rsquo; experience in internal communications, corporate communications, or a related field, preferably in a mission-driven, nonprofit, or complex, multi-site organization. Experience in and knowledge of community development, finance, or real estate development is strongly preferred.
Additional Requirements: Familiarity with an asset-based communications approach and proficiency with Microsoft Office, Dynamics365, and SharePoint; Monday.com; and Adobe InDesign and Photoshop. Regional travel may be required. Occasional evening and weekend work. Must be able to move 20 pounds. Must be able to remain in a stationary position for periods of time.
