The role involves to support the Trade Marketing Manager in executing all trade marketing activities for all categories and ensuring smooth execution of these activities. Handling sales operations for the business unit, including but not restricted to, ensuring optimal inventory management, stock availability and executing customer focused trade deals/schemes to achieve agreed volumes. Assist the Trade Marketing Manager to manage the MGR &amp; AOP cycle.</div></div></div><div><div><div>
Roles &amp; Responsibilities</div>
</div><div><ul><li>Update, prepare and manage the monthly MGR/Forecast files and presentations for all OOH markets as per the MGR cycle</li>
<li>Analyze the forecast and assure the planned forecasts are in line with the approved AOP</li>
<li>Daily tracking of inventory levels for UAE against forecast to minimize OOS - cross check with IR's vs SOH</li>
<li>Maintain OOS Tracker &amp; follow-up with Planning team to ensure stock availability for all Categories</li>
<li>To manage slow and non-moving SKU&rsquo;s in alignment with category for the liquidation plan</li>
<li>Manage budget uploads and track monthly TMI spends vs AOP for all categories</li>
<li>Responsible for customized reports and analyses of data as needed from time to time</li>

1. Strategic:</div>
<ul><li>Design the fleet replacement and fleet management strategy and ensure reduction in downtime of company owned vehicles</li>
<li>In close coordination with the Director Logistics, develop and monitor budget allocations, and expenditures</li>
<li>Devise mechanisms to enhance the presence of IFFCO group as a third party transport and logistics service provider</li>
<li>In close coordination with Director Logistics, identify and implement leading supply chain management systems concerning transportation operations including transportation management system, planning and execution systems, workshop management systems etc.</li>
<li>Design strategies to handle the variability in demand and manage the fleet accordingly</li>
<li>Devise mechanisms to enhance employee engagement and build a robust culture within the transportation department</li></ul><br>

</div><div>2. Operational:</div>
<ul><li>Work in close coordination with the business units and ensure customer goods move from production through the supply chain to the end user</li>
<li>Direct activities related to dispatching, routing and tracking of transportation vehicles, such as trailers and trucks.</li>
<li>Continuously review the transportation plan and ensure maximum ton loads for each of the vehicles</li>
<li>Plan, organize and track the progress of drivers to ensure on time delivery of goods</li>
<li>Work in close coordination with the customer services department to flag any delays in transportation of goods on a timely basis</li>
<li>Oversee fleet preventative maintenance programs and activities for the purpose of ensuring that vehicles are maintained in a safe and effective operating condition</li>
<li>Analyze expenditures and other financial information in order to develop plans, policies, and budgets for increasing profits and improving services.</li>
<li>Recommend to the Director Logistics capital expenditures for acquisition of new systems or freight in order to increase efficiency and services of transportation department</li>
<li>Conduct investigations to determine causes of transportation accidents and devise mechanisms to prevent the same</li>
<li>Support the Director - Logistics in Key Account Management for third party logistic agreements; Proactively seek tie-ups and provide service to these accounts</li>
<li>Support the Director &ndash; Logistics in conducting negotiations and creating contracts for the finalized third party customers</li>
<li>Negotiate and authorize contracts with procurement partners and maintenance suppliers, and monitor contract fulfilment</li>
<li>Assist the Director Logistics in the identification and implementation of continuous improvement opportunities and customer satisfaction opportunities</li>
<li>Support the Director Logistics in monitoring quality, quantity, delivery times, OTIF, transportation costs and other metrics for evaluating performance of Intergulf logistics</li>
<li>Ensure carrier compliance with company policies or procedures for product transit or delivery. Also ensure local company norms to truck and goods movement and in case of any issues immediately resolve the same</li>
