We are seeking a Financial Analyst II with experience in FP&amp;A, financial reporting, forecasting, variance analysis, and budgeting to support a high-volume healthcare finance environment. This hybrid role requires onsite training for the first two weeks and 8&ndash;12 onsite days per month thereafter.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Support month-end close, financial reporting, forecasting, and variance analysis</li><li>Assist with operating and capital budgets</li><li>Maintain financial systems, reconciliations, benchmarking, and audit support</li><li>Partner with leadership to provide financial insights and reporting</li><li>Work with multiple business units/entities and large financial datasets</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field</li><li>2+ years of financial analysis experience</li><li>Strong Excel and financial systems experience</li><li>Knowledge of GAAP and financial operations</li><li>Experience with budgeting, reporting, and reconciliations</li></ul>Preferred:<ul><li>Healthcare finance or Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) experience</li><li>Board reporting, benchmarking, audit, or financial modeling experience</li></ul>Pay: $45.00 - $47.00 per hourWork Location: In person
