<div>Summary: IHL is looking for a Senior Print Designer (textile experience) to focus on our Kids Brands! This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is comfortable working in the off-price market and looking to grow with the company.

Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Align with design on print direction for the brands and season.</li>
<li>Great at identifying trends in prints/graphics for contemporary sleepwear.</li>
<li>Create production ready artwork and colorways based on research and trend direction.</li>
<li>Ability to draw in a range of styles: watercolor, pen sketch and markers etc. in addition to creating artwork in the computer.</li>
<li>Incorporate selling feedback into design decisions.</li>
<li>Experience with printing effectively on a variety of fabrications.</li>
<li>Communicate timelines and priorities to team and partner cross functionally.</li></ul> 


Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Must be highly skilled in Adobe Suite &ndash; Illustrator &amp; Photoshop.</li>
<li>Keen eye for color &amp; print with a high taste level.</li>
<li> 
8+ years&rsquo; of print design experience.</li>
<li> 
Excellent organizational skills &amp; strong attention to detail.</li>
<li>Adaptable and flexible to support a growing company.</li></ul> 


Job Logistics

Location: New York, NY &ndash; Midtown West

Compensation: The anticipated base salary range for this position is $80,000-$110,000.
