Job Description 
This position is eligible for an additional sign-on bonus.
The Response Paramedic provides on-site patient care within licensed or certified scope of practice at government-designated facilities. The role supports intake screening, daily health care requests, emergency response, emergency stabilization, continuity of care during patient transfer, infectious disease screening and control activities, and accurate clinical documentation. The position performs duties in accordance with applicable state licensure or certification requirements, facility clinical protocols, contract requirements, and patient privacy and security requirements.
Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Provide on-site patient care within licensed or certified scope of practice and in accordance with facility clinical protocols and applicable standards of care.</li><li>
Support intake arrival screening within required timeframes, including collection and documentation of medical history, current health status, vital signs, and required screening information.</li><li>
Support or perform daily triage of patient requests for health care and ensure timely escalation or referral when a higher level of care is indicated.</li><li>
Respond immediately to medical emergencies and provide basic emergency stabilization, including airway support, oxygen use, bag-valve-mask support, and other interventions permitted by licensure, protocol, and assigned duties.</li><li>
Support safe transfer of patients to hospitals or other appropriate medical services when clinically indicated and ensure continuity-of-care information accompanies the transfer.</li><li>
Assist with preparation, review, and communication of transfer-related medical information, including current medications, diagnoses, medically indicated appointments, and equipment needs.</li><li>
Support infectious disease screening, isolation, reporting, and follow-up activities in accordance with public health guidance and facility procedures.</li><li>
Document patient encounters, screenings, triage actions, emergency response actions, medications, and related clinical information accurately and timely in the electronic health record and other required systems.</li><li>
Protect patient privacy and safeguard sensitive information; report unauthorized access, security incidents, and urgent patient issues through required channels.</li><li>
Use language assistance and disability accommodations, as required, to support effective communication with patients.</li><li>
Participate in required initial and annual emergency response, cardiopulmonary resuscitation, automated external defibrillator, first aid, suicide risk, evacuation, and life-safety training and drills.</li><li>
Maintain readiness to support continuous operations, inspections, audits, corrective actions, and quality assurance activities related to health services.</li><li>
Comply with Occupational Safety and Health Administration requirements, infection prevention procedures, blood-borne pathogen precautions, personal protective equipment requirements, and hazardous materials handling procedures applicable to assigned duties.</li><li>
Maintain active status of all required professional licenses, certifications, registrations, and vetting requirements and immediately report any change affecting fitness for duty or eligibility to work under the contract.</li><li>
Perform other contract-aligned health services duties within scope of practice, training, and assigned responsibilities.</li><li>
Completes required organizational compliance education, including assigned requirements that are client-specified, for Joint Commission Healthcare Staffing Services certification or other regulatory bodies.</li></ul>

Job Description 
This position is eligible for an additional sign-on bonus.
Provide nursing services within the scope of a Licensed Practical Nurse license to support patient intake 
screening, routine and urgent care, medication continuity, health record documentation, emergency response, 
infectious disease prevention, and continuity of care in a secure government-contracted facility. The role 
supports delivery of culturally competent and trauma-informed health services in accordance with state 
licensure requirements, credentialing standards, contract requirements, and facility policies.
Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Provide nursing services within licensed scope of practice, credentialed role, and assigned duties, in</li><li>
accordance with state law, facility procedures, and contract requirements.</li><li>
Support initial medical screening within 12 hours of patient arrival, including required intake processes, tuberculosis screening activities, vital signs, health history collection support, and escalation of positive or urgent findings in accordance with facility protocol.</li><li>
Support daily sick call and triage processes for patient health care requests and ensure required</li><li>
documentation is completed in the health record.</li><li>
Administer prescribed medications and support medication continuity for transfer, release, or removal, within licensure, assigned authority, and facility procedures.</li><li>
Perform or support minor procedures, routine screenings, and Clinical Laboratory Improvement</li><li>
Amendments-waived or point-of-care testing within authorized scope, including blood glucose monitoring, urinalysis, pregnancy testing, immunization support, and routine electrocardiogram support, as assigned.</li><li>
Support routine laboratory processes required at the facility and promptly escalate abnormal, urgent, or serious findings in accordance with established procedures.</li><li>
Support emergency medical response, including Basic Life Support, cardiopulmonary resuscitation,</li><li>

higher level of care when required.</li><li>
Prepare, maintain, and update accurate and timely patient documentation in the electronic health record, including intake, sick call, screening, medications, appointments, transfer information, and continuity-of-care records.</li><li>
Protect the confidentiality of patient information and comply with privacy, records management, and security requirements, including prompt reporting of unauthorized access or security incidents.</li><li>
Follow infectious disease prevention, standard precautions, isolation, co-horting, quarantine, and</li><li>

Communicate effectively with patients who have limited English proficiency and with patients who have communication or mobility impairments through approved in-person, telephonic, video, sign-language, or other auxiliary support services.</li><li>

The Field Healthcare Program Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, evaluation, and day-to-day operational direction of health care programs within the facility to support patient care, operational efficiency, mission readiness, and compliance. The role coordinates resources, manages budgets, supports multidisciplinary operations, and helps ensure health care services and related programs are delivered in accordance with applicable policies, accreditation requirements, laws, regulations, and contract requirements.
The position provides program direction across administrative and clinical support functions, maintains operational oversight through supporting managers, monitors program performance and required reporting, and supports safe, effective, and compliant health care operations in a hazardous-duty environment.

The Dentist provides on-site dental services and dental health assessments for patients at the facility in accordance with the contract, applicable detention standards, community standards of care, written health care policies and procedures, and accreditation requirements. The role supports access to timely oral health care, participates in quality improvement and risk management activities, contributes to emergency response readiness, and maintains accurate clinical documentation and continuity of care.
Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>

The Dental Hygienist delivers prescribed preventive and prophylactic dental hygiene care and supports access to oral health services within the assigned care setting. IHMS USA, Inc. is looking for an experienced Dental Assistant to perform supportive dental functions that facilitate the work of the dentist and dental hygienist including aiding at chairside, instrument processing, sterilization, infection control, radiographic tasks, dental equipment care, and administrative chores as directed by the dentist within prescribed policy and accreditation standards.
Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Provides dental assisting including clinical and administrative duties to facilitate the work of the dentist and dental hygienist in a detention and/or residential setting.</li><li>
Assists the dentist and dental hygienist with patient treatment including all operatory set-up and clean-up procedures in accordance with policy and CDC guidelines (e.g. surface disinfection, waterline and suction treatment, proper sharps handling/disposal methods, etc).</li><li>
Performs optimum sterilization and/or disinfection procedures including instrument processing, autoclave operation/maintenance, and spore testing in accordance with policy and CDC guidelines.</li><li>
