 <ul>

 The Microsoft dynamics 365 F&amp;O senior manager provides strategic and tactical expertise for the global operation of the application, which was implemented by IHS in 2016.
 </li>
 <li>
 This role is responsible for advising on industry best practices, leading engagements with the business for an end-to-end project lifecycle from the discovery, implementation to post go-live support of all D365 F&amp;O capabilities/functionalities.
 </li>
 <li>
 This role is also responsible for the development of a framework and architecture of optimal solutions to meet the dynamic and evolving needs of the organisation, ensuring there is an alignment between business objectives and D365 F&amp;O application functionality.

 </ul>
 
 Key Roles &amp; Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Planning and execution of full cycle D365 F&amp;O implementations in new markets or expansions in existing markets.
 </li>
 <li>
 Partner with the business leaders to design and implement automated and optimal processes and data-driven initiatives that enhance the current capability of our D365 F&amp;O application.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide strategic insights and recommendations on key finance, supply chain and procurement, fixed assets and inventory, human resources management processes in Microsoft D365 F&amp;O.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with business operations and IT teams to understand business needs, define requirements for system modifications, enhancements, and strategic implementations, and translate these into system solutions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Serve as a subject matter expert on D365 F&amp;O large scale functional implementations, solution architecture, upgrade and integration to other applications within the IHS applications portfolio.
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead projects and initiatives that maintain and improve upon the overall systems maturity journey of IHS.
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead the day-to-day operational support of D365 F&amp;O standard and ISV solutions in collaboration with the OEM(Microsoft) and technical implementation partner.
 </li>
 <li>
 Take full product ownership and mentor the team of D365 F&amp;O technical and functional consultants
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage the relationship with the OEM(Microsoft) for the optimisation of storage, user licenses, cloud environments and other system resources.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage budget and capacity planning for the D365 F&amp;O platform and supporting team.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support the operation of SOX and IT governance and control frameworks.

 BSc in Computer Science, Engineering or any related field/equivalent.
 </li>
 <li>
 Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP).
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Experience
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 12 to 15 years&rsquo; experience of leading the deployment/management of D365 F&amp;O.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with digital transformation programs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in data analysis, and process improvement methodologies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong background in partnering with the business leaders, change managers and leading strategies that create a high-performance culture.
 </li>
 <li>
 Leadership and management experience.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in large publicly listed organisations &ndash; preferably SOX compliant.
