 Key Responsibilities

 Manage daily storekeeping and inventory control operations
 </li>
 <li>
 Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and supplies
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain proper storage and organization of stock items
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor stock levels and prepare inventory reports
 </li>
 <li>
 Issue materials and supplies to departments as required
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct regular stock checks and inventory audits
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure accurate documentation of stock movement and transactions
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with purchasing and warehouse teams
 </li>

 Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization of storage areas

 Requirements

 High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in inventory or warehouse management is an advantage

 Experience in hospitality, hotel, or warehouse environment preferred
 </li>

 Basic knowledge of inventory management systems and stock control procedures

 Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory software
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong organizational and numerical skills
 </li>

 Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
