</div><div>Key responsibilities (text) &bull; Execute operational People &amp; Culture activities, collaborating with other Specialists as needed to deliver an excellent co-worker experience.

<ul><li>Ensure and execute delivery of learning activities at unit/function level including legally required trainings
</li><li>Ensure local employer communication activities including events are consistent, well perceived and build on the IKEA brand
</li><li>Deploy services that are required to be executed at a local level such as uniforms, contracts, timekeeping and parts of payroll administration
</li><li>Manage local on- and off-boarding activities as main contact person including equipment, accesses and welcome day among others
</li><li>Execute operational P&amp;C activities at unit/function level, collaborating with other specialists, point of local contact when helpdesk is not sufficient/escalation to support complex situations that require specialistic knowledge
</li><li>Demonstrated ability to collaborate and influence individuals and teams across all levels of the organization
</li><li>Demonstrated experience in designing internal processes and leveraging new systems to improve operations
</li><li>Demonstrates a passion for people and a commitment to fostering a people-centric environment
</li><li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and effectively manage competing priorities
