We are seeking a highly creative and strategic Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and elevate our brand to new heights in the global luxury market.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with IKH Fashion House's brand vision and business objectives.</li><li>Brand Management: Act as the primary guardian of the brand. Ensure consistent brand messaging and identity across all channels, from digital platforms to in-store experiences.</li><li>Digital Marketing: Oversee all digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.), email marketing campaigns, and influencer collaborations.</li><li>Content &amp; Campaign Management: Lead the creation of engaging and visually stunning content. Manage end-to-end marketing campaigns, from concept to execution, focusing on product launches and seasonal collections.</li><li>Public Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with fashion journalists, bloggers, stylists, and PR agencies to secure media coverage and enhance brand visibility.</li><li>Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, competitor strategies, and target audience insights to inform marketing decisions.</li><li>Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a small marketing team to achieve performance targets and foster a culture of creativity and excellence.</li><li>Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget effectively to maximize ROI and achieve strategic goals.</li><li>Performance Tracking: Analyze key marketing metrics, prepare performance reports, and use data-driven insights to optimize future campaigns.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Experience: A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a managerial role, preferably within the fashion, luxury goods, or retail sectors.</li><li>Education: Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master&rsquo;s degree is a plus.</li><li>Skills:</li></ul>o Proven expertise in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management tools, email marketing software).o Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns.o Strong understanding of branding principles and consumer behavior in the luxury market.o Exceptional leadership and team-building skills.o Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.o Fluency in both written and spoken English is essential.
