Role Overview:We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to oversee and manage healthcare project operations and data-related activities at our IIT Mumbai site. The role involves leading end-to-end project implementation, ensuring operational efficiency, maintaining compliance, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to achieve project objectives.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Lead end-to-end project implementation and ensure smooth execution of all on-site operations.</li><li>Monitor, analyze, and manage patient data using our in-house healthcare platform, WHIMs.</li><li>Engage and collaborate with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, researchers, and partner institutions.</li><li>Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Product Development, and Executive Management to maintain consistency in communication and project goals.</li><li>Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and continuously work to optimize operational processes.</li><li>Maintain flexibility to support operations round the clock, as required by project timelines or on-site needs.</li></ul>Preferred Background:<ul><li>Experience in NGO operations, community healthcare, or public health initiatives will be an added advantage.</li><li>Prior experience as a Project Coordinator or in a similar operational role is required.</li><li>Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders effectively.</li></ul>Additional Requirements:<ul><li>Must be willing to travel to the Kolkata corporate office once a month for reviews and coordination meetings.</li><li>Ability to work independently while leading and supporting on-ground teams.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s or Master&rsquo;s degree in Healthcare Management, Public Health, Life Sciences, or a related field.</li><li>Proficiency in data monitoring, analysis, and reporting tools.</li><li>Strong communication, stakeholder management, and coordination skills.</li><li>A proactive, responsible, and adaptable approach to project delivery.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;185,020.22 - &#8377;367,816.32 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
