Job DescriptionIl Mulino Cocktail Bar is looking for a passionate, reliable bartender to join our team. We are a craft-focused cocktail bar known for thoughtful drinks, great hospitality, and a welcoming atmosphere. We&rsquo;re looking for someone who enjoys connecting with guests, takes pride in their craft, and thrives in a fast‑paced environment.If you love cocktails, hospitality, and creating memorable guest experiences, we&rsquo;d love to meet you.Responsibilities<ul><li>Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and other beverages</li><li>Provide exceptional guest service and create a welcoming environment</li><li>Maintain a clean and organized bar area</li><li>Accurately handle payments and operate the POS system</li><li>Restock bar supplies and assist with inventory when needed</li><li>Work collaboratively with the bar and service team during busy shifts</li><li>Follow all health, safety, and alcohol service guidelines</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Previous bartending experience preferred (craft cocktail experience is a plus)</li><li>Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine preferred</li><li>Friendly, professional, and guest-focused attitude</li><li>Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Must be reliable and punctual</li><li>Must be at least 21 years old</li></ul>Position Details<ul><li>Expected hours: 25&ndash;35 per week</li><li>Evening shifts</li><li>Wednesday&ndash;Saturday availability required</li><li>Weekend availability required - Occasional Sundays</li><li>Shifts typically between 4:30 PM &ndash; 11:30 PM</li><li>Competitive hourly pay + tips</li></ul>About Il Mulino Cocktail BarIl Mulino Cocktail Bar is a neighborhood cocktail bar focused on quality drinks, great service, and creating a space where guests can relax, connect, and enjoy a memorable night out.Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hourExpected hours: 25.0 &ndash; 35.0 per weekWork Location: In person
