 This is a part-time hybrid role for a Pizza Chef, located in Cairo, Egypt, with the flexibility to perform some work from home. The Pizza Chef will be responsible for preparing high-quality pizzas by managing the dough, sourdough starters, sauces, and toppings, ensuring excellent presentation, and maintaining consistency in taste and quality. Per event tasks include preparing ingredients, managing kitchen operations, ensuring hygiene compliance, and collaborating with other staff to deliver a superior dining experience.
 
 
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Strong skills in Food Preparation and Cooking, with expertise in creating various pizza styles and recipes
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven experience as a Pizza Chef, preferably with sourdough.
 </li>
 <li>
 Passion for artisan baking and fermentation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of Hygiene and Food Safety standards to maintain cleanliness and regulatory compliance
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with Food &amp; Beverage operations and specialized skills in preparing and handling sauces
 </li>
 <li>
 Attention to detail, time management, and ability to work well under pressure
 </li>
 <li>
 Previous experience as a Pizza Chef or similar role is preferred
 </li>
 <li>
 Passion for creating delicious food and a strong work ethic
 </li>
