Position Summary:</div><div></div><div>
Provides world class guest service in our restaurants, taking drink orders, serving alcohol and nonalcoholic beverages to guests, and taking payment for purchases.</div><div></div><div>
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:</div><div></div><ul><li>
Promotes superior guest service.</li><li>
Maintains, and perpetuates a positive organizational culture according to the principles of the Spirit of T&acirc;l&iacute;cn and the Core Values of ilani.</li><li>
Interacting with our guests to ensure they have a positive experience.</li><li>
Fills drink order per the restaurant recipes and standards.</li><li>
Uses point of sale terminal and completes other cashiering functions.</li><li>
Consistently applies knowledge of state liquor laws including proper identification procedures, monitoring levels of intoxication, intervention strategies, refusal of service, and shutoff procedures.</li><li>
Sets up and breaks down assigned bar in accordance with department policies and procedures.</li><li>
Responsible for the handling all payment methods.</li><li>
Maintains sanitation and safety standards in assigned work area.</li><li>
Maintains confidentiality of sensitive information.</li><li>
Performs other related duties as assigned.</li></ul><div></div><div>
Qualifications:</div><div></div><ul><li>
High School Diploma / GED; Recognized Equivalent of a High School Diploma (RED) or Foreign High School Diploma (FHD).</li><li>
Previous bartending experience in a high-volume environment.</li><li>
Must possess excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to foster a supportive and enabling team environment.</li><li>
Must be able to work various shifts and flexible hours.</li><li>
Must be willing to work in a smoking environment.</li><li>
Must be willing to adhere to company health and safety measures.</li></ul><div></div><div>
