We operate ecommerce storefronts across multiple regions and partner closely with marketing, operations, and customer service teams to deliver seamless shopping experiences for our customers worldwide.We&rsquo;re looking for a detail-oriented, data-driven E-Commerce Manager who can ensure our storefronts are optimized, aligned with marketing promotions, and consistently delivering excellent customer experience.---What You&rsquo;ll DoE-commerce &amp; Storefront Management&middot; Monitoring and management of Shopify storefronts across multiple regions.&middot; Maintain consistency in product details, merchandising, and promotions across regional storefronts.&middot; Support additional marketplace integrations as needed.&middot; Partner with operations and customer service to ensure storefront accuracy and smooth daily execution.Content &amp; Launch Execution&middot; Build, optimize, and QA product detail pages (photos, descriptions, SEO tags, and metadata).&middot; Collaborate with marketing to align storefront updates with promotional calendars and email campaigns.&middot; Ensure cross-channel consistency for promotions, product launches, and sales events.Customer Journey &amp; Conversion Optimization&middot; Analyze customer behavior to identify friction points and drive improvements.&middot; Audit site content and functionality for accuracy in linking, content flow, tracking, and promotions.&middot; Continuously refine the customer journey with a focus on conversion rate (CR), average order value (AOV), and lifetime value (LTV).---What We&rsquo;re Looking For&middot; 3+ years of experience in e-commerce or digital merchandising, preferably with Shopify Plus.&middot; Strong understanding of product page optimization, site merchandising, and digital marketing alignment.&middot; Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and customer service.&middot; Familiarity with analytics tools to drive data-backed decisions.&middot; Familiarity with Klaviyo and email marketing operations is a plus.&middot; Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple regional storefronts and promotions simultaneously.&middot; Thoughtful and diligent in your work, with a keen eye and attention to detail.&middot; A customer-first mindset and curiosity about what drives purchase decisions.&middot; Onsite work required (no remote opportunities)---We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
