We need someone who understands platforms, understands people, and can translate a brief into a visual that actually does its job.What You'll Be Doing<ul><li>Designing social media content &mdash; feeds, stories, ads, carousels &mdash; that feels fresh and on-brand</li><li>Creating marketing materials like banners, emailers, presentations, and digital ads</li><li>Building and maintaining visual consistency across all brand touchpoints</li><li>Working with AI design tools to speed up the creative process without losing originality</li><li>Collaborating with the content and marketing team on campaigns</li><li>Staying ahead of design trends and bringing new ideas to the table proactively</li></ul>What You Need to Bring<ul><li>1&ndash;2 years of real design experience (agency or in-house, both work)</li><li>Strong grip on Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma</li><li>Comfortable using AI tools like Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, or Canva AI</li><li>A sharp eye for typography, color, layout, and hierarchy</li><li>Ability to handle multiple briefs at once without dropping the ball</li><li>A portfolio that shows range &mdash; not just pretty work, but purposeful work</li></ul>The Mindset We're Hiring For<ul><li>You have opinions about design and can back them up</li><li>You take feedback well and iterate fast</li><li>You're curious &mdash; always learning, always looking at what's working out there</li><li>You don't need to be micromanaged to deliver</li></ul>Bonus Points<ul><li>Experience designing for performance marketing (Meta Ads, Google Display)</li><li>Basic understanding of UI/UX principles</li><li>Know your way around motion &mdash; even simple animated posts count</li></ul>Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs85,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
