 ILIA Beauty is looking to welcome an Office Coordinator (Temp) to support our fast-growing clean beauty brand. This position plays a critical role in creating and fostering an uplifting and positive company work culture for employees and external guests. Emphasis on understanding priority and maintaining cross functional communications across all departments. The role requires strong communication skills, poise and professionalism. A strong bias for action, thinking creatively and strategically, and remaining agile are highly desirable.
 
 
 This role is on-site and will report to our Laguna Beach HQ 4 days a week.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 
 Administrative &amp; Office Support
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Maintain an organized and efficient in-office setup that supports team productivity and optimizes daily workflow
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage incoming and outgoing mail and bulk shipments, (DHL, FedEx, UPS, USPS)
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate and communicate with third-party vendors and property management, overseeing all related scheduling and logistics
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee in-office equipment maintenance and coordinate service appointments as needed
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor inventory levels and proactively order office supplies to ensure seamless operations
 </li>
 <li>
 Support employee onboarding and offboarding requests across multiple platforms
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist with updating company calendar and sending out all-team invitiations
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain / manage office security protocols, including Laguna office access and update in-office records
 </li>
 <li>
 Support in formalizing office standards and procedures to align across all office locations.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Executive Support
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Provide ad hoc project management support for department heads as needed, to include: CFO, SVP International, SVP Sales + VM Leads
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage multiple complex calendars, including scheduling meetings, calls, and travel across multiple time zones
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist with expense reports, reimbursements, and PO creation
 </li>
 <li>
 Support event planning, offsites, and department team meetings
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Workplace Experience

 Assist in coordinating and executing company events, cross-departmental gatherings
 </li>
 <li>
 Support employee gifting initiatives, including planning, sourcing, and coordinating delivery for holidays, and recognition moments
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Job Requirements

 1-2 years experience in office administration
 </li>

 ILIA Beauty is looking for Associate Social Content Producer who will own the production and execution of social-first content across the brand&rsquo;s digital channels, bringing campaigns, launches, partnerships, and always-on storytelling to life. This role manages creator relationships end-to-end&mdash;including sourcing, briefing, contracting, and content approvals&mdash;while collaborating with photographers, videographers, and influencers to produce high-quality assets. They also ensure seamless content calendar execution by coordinating assets, copy, and publishing needs so social content consistently supports broader marketing and business goals.
 
 
 
 This role is hybrid, open to candidates based in Southern California and will work on-site at our Century City, CA office at least 1x week. This role reports into our Sr. Social Strategist.
 
 
 
 
 Role &amp; Responsibilities

 Manage content calendar execution
 </li>
 <li>
 Anticipate upcoming needs (campaigns, holidays, partnerships) and proactively plan content to ensure readiness across all social channels
 </li>

 Ensure Social Coordinator has final assets and copy for publishing
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure Freelance Social Support has final assets and copy for weekend publishing
 </li>
 <li>
 Keep the social checklist active to ensure every post drives business goals
 </li>
 <ul>
 <li>
 Tagging correct retailers, spotlighting core SKUs, and new launches
 </li>
 </ul>
 <li>
 Act as a strategic voice in meetings to ensure social content ladders up to larger business and marketing objectives, from press moments to retailer expansion
 </li>
 </ul>

 Production
 </li>
 <ul>
 <li>
 Lead and execute all social content production across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Pinterest Boards, and Facebook
 </li>
 <li>
 Own creator identification, outreach, contracting, and management

 Maintaining relationships with creators

 Job Requirements

 2-3+ years of experience in social media content production within beauty, fashion, lifestyle, or consumer brands
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of social-first storytelling and platform best practices across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Pinterest, and Facebook
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven experience managing creator and influencer partnerships end-to-end, including sourcing, outreach, briefing, contracting, and content approvals
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience coordinating and producing social content shoots, including developing briefs, shot lists, and production timelines
 </li>
 <li>
 Highly organized with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns, creators, and deadlines simultaneously
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, creative, and external partners to ensure social content supports broader brand and business objectives
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong creative eye with the ability to identify compelling visual storytelling opportunities and emerging social trends
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication and relationship-building skills when working with creators, freelancers, and internal stakeholders
 </li>
 <li>
 Passion for beauty, culture, and digital storytelling, with a strong understanding of the evolving social media landscape
 </li>
 <li>
 Preferred: Network (&ldquo;rolodex&rdquo;) of photographers, videographers, stylists, and micro-influencers preferred
