 The Opportunity:
 
 
 
 A leading international law firm are looking to onboard an established Litigation Associate into their Miami office.
 
 
 
 
 
 The Complex Commercial Litigation group is established of close to 60 attorneys, including a fellow of the prestigious American College of Trial Lawyers, former appellate court clerks, trial court clerks, a former Illinois Supreme Court law clerk, and federal and state prosecutors. It also includes four former trial court judges and a state Supreme Court justice.

 .
 
 
 
 
 
 
 The Role Requires:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Candidates must have a minimum of two years of experience in a relevant law firm setting.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with all aspects of commercial litigation, including drafting and responding to complaints, discovery, motion practice, trials, and appeals, and have strong research and writing skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience handling high-stake litigation for sophisticated clients around the globe.
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with working on matters at both a regional and international level.
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with managing electronic discovery, including managing document collections and vendors is a plus.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with depositions, motion practice, and handling oral arguments is a plus.
 </li>
 <li>
 Trial experience is beneficial.
 </li>
 <li>
 Hold a relevant JD as well as be admitted to the Indiana bar.
 </li>
