Are you obsessed with skincare, aesthetics, and creating scroll-stopping social media content? Our growing med spa is looking for a creative Social Media Content Creator and Front Desk to help bring our treatments, results, and brand story to life across platforms like Instagram and TikTok.We are seeking a creative and motivated individual to grow the online presence of our med spa, as well as assist with front desk duties. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys beauty, skincare, and social, and has a talent for creating engaging content that connects with an audience.The ideal candidate is comfortable filming in a treatment environment, editing short videos, and helping showcase the results and behind the scenes moments of our med spa. Must also be comfortable answering phones, scheduling, patient interactions including checking out after treatment.RESPONSIBILITIES:<ul><li>Answering phones</li><li>Scheduling</li><li>Payment processing</li><li>General front office tasks</li><li>Create engaging photo and video content for social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook</li><li>Film treatment content, before-and-after transformations, educational posts, and behind-the-scenes footage</li><li>Edit short videos (reels/TikTok) optimized for engagement</li><li>Assist with planning and scheduling social media content</li><li>Write captions and help maintain a consistent brand voice</li><li>Stay current with social media trends and aesthetics industry trends</li><li>Capture content during promotions, events, and select treatments</li></ul>QUALIFICATIONS:<ul><li>Front office experience is a plus</li><li>Experience creating social media content (portfolio or examples required)</li><li>Basic video editing skills for reels</li><li>Familiarity with Instagram and TikTok trends</li><li>Strong creativity and visual storytelling ability</li><li>Organized, reliable, self motivated, with STRONG communication skills</li><li>Comfortable filming in a professional treatment environment</li></ul>PREFFERED (Not Required):<ul><li>Experience in beauty, skincare or aesthetics industry</li><li>Photography or videography background</li><li>Familiarity with tools such as Canva</li><li>General knowledge of treatments we provide (Botox, fillers, microneedling, laser hair removal, etc...)</li></ul>COMPENSATION:<ul><li>Hourly pay $19-24</li><li>Schedule is Wed-Fri with some at home hours available.</li><li>20-30 hours per week</li><li>Opportunity to grow with the company</li></ul>HOW TO APPLY:<ul><li>Cover Letter giving us a short background and why you would like to work with us</li><li>Links to your social media accounts or portfolio</li><li>2-3 examples of content you've created</li></ul>Pay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Employee discount</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>Please provide your cover letter below:</li><li>Please provide links to social media accounts or content you have created.</li><li>How much experience do you have creating social media content for a business or brand?</li><li>Comment yes below to acknowledge that this in a in-office position Wed-Fri</li></ul>Work Location: In person
