Overview We are seeking a creative and results-driven Marketer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools, with the ability to analyze data and customer behavior to drive effective marketing campaigns. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and technical expertise to enhance our brand presence and engage our target audience.Duties<ul><li>Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies across various channels, including email, social media, and e-commerce platforms.</li><li>Create engaging content for email marketing campaigns using tools such as Mailchimp, Hubspot, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.</li><li>Design visually appealing graphics and promotional materials using Adobe Photoshop.</li><li>Analyze campaign performance metrics through Google Analytics and other analytics tools to inform future strategies.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all platforms.</li><li>Manage marketing automation processes to streamline customer interactions and enhance user experience.</li><li>Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience in digital marketing with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns.</li><li>Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and SQL for effective content management and data analysis.</li><li>Familiarity with marketing automation tools such as HubSpot.</li><li>Strong copywriting skills with the ability to create compelling content that resonates with target audiences.</li><li>Experience in e-commerce marketing strategies is preferred.</li><li>Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.</li><li>Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with an emphasis on collaboration within teams.</li><li>A proactive approach to problem-solving with a keen attention to detail.
