As we continue to strengthen our digital presence and expand our marketing initiatives, we are seeking a highly organized, creative, and AI-savvy Marketing Project Manager who can bring structure, accountability, and momentum to our growing marketing operation.This is not a traditional project management role.You'll become the operational hub of our marketing efforts, working directly with the CEO while collaborating closely with the Founder, designers, developers, creative professionals, agencies, and external partners. You'll coordinate initiatives across marketing, e-commerce, website development, product launches, customer acquisition, and retention.As you develop a deep understanding of the ILONA brand, you'll gradually assume greater ownership of campaigns and strategic marketing initiatives.What You'll DoMarketing Project Management<ul><li>Lead multiple marketing initiatives from concept through execution.</li><li>Build and maintain project timelines, campaign calendars, and launch schedules.</li><li>Coordinate designers, developers, agencies, freelancers, creators, and other external partners.</li><li>Ensure projects remain on schedule and proactively remove bottlenecks.</li><li>Assign responsibilities, monitor progress, and follow up to ensure deadlines are met.</li><li>Prioritize initiatives based on business impact and available resources.</li><li>Keep leadership informed through organized project documentation and communication.</li></ul>Marketing &amp; Campaign Execution<ul><li>Coordinate product launches, promotions, seasonal campaigns, and website updates.</li><li>Assist in developing campaign concepts and marketing strategies.</li><li>Support email marketing strategy, planning, and execution.</li><li>Help improve customer acquisition, retention, and lifecycle marketing.</li><li>Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements based on data.</li></ul>Creative &amp; Content Coordination<ul><li>Develop creative briefs, scripts, project requirements, and campaign guidelines.</li><li>Translate leadership ideas into actionable assignments for creative teams.</li><li>Collaborate closely with designers and developers throughout project execution.</li><li>Review deliverables to ensure consistency with ILONA's premium brand standards.</li><li>Assist with marketing messaging and campaign copy using modern AI tools.</li></ul>UGC &amp; Creator Management<ul><li>Coordinate User Generated Content (UGC) creators and influencer campaigns.</li><li>Develop creative briefs and filming guidelines.</li><li>Manage creator communication, timelines, product shipments, and deliverables.</li><li>Review submitted content for quality and brand consistency.</li></ul>AI &amp;
