 We&rsquo;re looking for a&nbsp;driven, entrepreneurial Operations Manager&nbsp;to help us build the culture, systems, and team that will propel our next phase of growth.  The Role
 
 
 
 
 We&rsquo;re not looking for a manager. We&rsquo;re looking for a&nbsp;builder.
 
 
 
 
 Someone who thrives on creating structure, developing people, and driving excellence. You&rsquo;ll work closely with the COO to lead a team of four supervisors and over 200 production staff across multiple shifts, overseeing all aspects of manufacturing and packaging.
 
 
 
 
 This is a hands-on role where leadership, initiative, and integrity set the tone. You&rsquo;ll play a pivotal part in shaping both the day-to-day operations and the long-term trajectory of a growing company poised for significant expansion over the coming years.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 What You&rsquo;ll Do
 
 
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Lead, coach, and develop supervisors and frontline teams to achieve production goals aligned with SQQ standards.
 
 
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Drive performance and accountability across all departments ensuring world-class safety, quality, and efficiency.
 
 
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Build and nurture a culture grounded in teamwork, ownership, and communication.
 
 
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Partner with leadership to design and execute business and operational strategies for short- and long-term growth.
 
 
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Oversee production planning, scheduling, and resource allocation to meet customer demand on time and in full.
 
 
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Collaborate with Quality, R&amp;D, and Supply Chain to ensure smooth production flow and successful product launches.
 
 
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Utilize ERP (NetSuite) and soon-to-be-implemented Redzone platform to analyze data and drive improvement.
 
 
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Manage departmental budgets, productivity metrics, and labor efficiency.
 
 
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Champion continuous improvement initiatives and foster employee engagement at every level.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 What You Bring
 
 
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;5+ years of manager-level experience in food, beverage, nutraceutical, or related high-output manufacturing environments.
 
 
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Proven ability to lead large teams and multiple shifts with clarity, integrity, and accountability.
 
 
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Deep understanding of production planning, Lean/CI principles, and performance management.
 
 
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred).&nbsp;Familiarity with Redzone or similar performance management tools is a plus.
 
 
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Strong communication and coaching skills - you know how to bring out the best in people.
 
 
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Entrepreneurial mindset - ownership, initiative, and a bias toward action.
