From emerging startups to premium lifestyle and luxury brands, we craft identities that make an impact.Location: Indore (on-site only)Job Type: Full-timeSalary: As per the discussion on the callWhat You&rsquo;ll Be Doing<ul><li>Own and execute high-impact visual design across digital and print platforms</li><li>Translate brand strategy into scalable, consistent visual systems</li><li>Lead design direction for websites, brand collaterals, social media, and packaging</li><li>Collaborate closely with strategists, developers, and other designers</li><li>Guide junior designers with feedback that actually improves the work</li><li>Push creative boundaries while staying aligned with business objectives</li><li>Stay ahead of design trends, tools, and cultural shifts, then apply them intelligently</li><li>Represent the studio confidently in client presentations and review sessions</li></ul>What We Need<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Graphic Design or a related discipline</li><li>2+ years of hands-on experience in branding, marketing, and digital design</li><li>A strong, opinionated portfolio showcasing branding systems, packaging, and multi-platform campaigns</li><li>Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects)</li><li>Deep understanding of typography, color systems, layout, and visual hierarchy</li><li>Solid grip on print and digital production standards</li><li>Working knowledge of motion graphics and illustration</li><li>Clear communication skills and strong conceptual thinking</li><li>Proven experience presenting work to clients and defending design decisions</li><li>Familiarity with web design tools; basic coding knowledge is a bonus.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: From ₹25,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Paid sick time</li></ul>Ability to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Indore, Madhya Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>Do you have a laptop?</li></ul>
