We are the fastest-growing teleradiology group in the U.S., and by the end of this year, we will have the fifth-largest practice in the country.About the Role We&rsquo;re looking for a Travel Mammography Technologist to perform 2-D/3-D mammography at American Health Network's New Albany, IN primary care clinic for 12 weeks. You will be joining a well established, forward-thinking practice that is expanding their diagnostic service offerings to include screening and diagnostic mammography. Our ideal candidate is detail-oriented, flexible, and an excellent communicator.Position Details:<ul><li>Pay rate: $32/hour and travel stipend of $1,200 per week, paid per payroll period</li><li>Schedule: Monday-Friday from 8:00am-4:30pm EST</li><li>No night or weekend coverage and no on-call requirements!</li><li>Primary care facility setting in New Albany, IN. Our ideal candidate is detail-oriented, flexible, an excellent communicator, and is willing to participate in a paid 3-week training program in AL for any required cross-training.Position Details<ul><li>The schedule is Monday through Friday, either 3-8s OR 4-8s</li><li>No night or weekend coverage and no on-call requirements</li><li>We offer competitive pay rate, annual bonus opportunities, &amp; CMU and certification reimbursement!</li><li>We offer cross-training!</li><li>This is a comprehensive, individualized, fully-paid training program in AL</li><li>You will receive a structured cross-training experience in vascular or echo</li><li>Additional training time in clinic from your Sonographer Manager upon completion of the cross-training program</li><li>Continuing support during the first 6 months and beyond!</li></ul>As a Sonographer, you will<ul><li>Perform general, vascular and cardiac ultrasound procedures independently with remote support</li><li>Complete preliminary reports for interpreting physician review</li><li>Assist patients from check-in through exam completion and provide white glove, compassionate service</li><li>Operate as an Imagen liaison for the practice, building relationships with your patients, office staff, and medical providers</li></ul>You will love this job if you<ul><li>Are motivated by the immeasurable impact of early detection for all patients</li><li>Are excited to work in a primary care setting</li><li>Want to join a team that uses cutting-edge technology to enable the highest level of patient care</li><li>Are action-oriented and possess a mentality of &ldquo;no job is too big or too small&rdquo;</li></ul>You should get in touch if you<ul><li>Hold a certification in ultrasound in one or more of the following registries (having all three is a plus, but not required)</li><li>General Ultrasound: ARDMS &ndash; (AB), (OB/GYN), (BR) or ARRT - RT(RDMS) and/or</li><li>Vascular Ultrasound: ARDMS &ndash; RVT (VT), ARRT &ndash; RT (VS), or CCI &ndash; RVS</li><li>Echocardiography: ARDMS &ndash; RDCS or CCI &ndash; ACS or RCS</li><li>If you are not certified in all three registries listed above, you are able and willing to participate in training that the practice would provide to become proficient in additional ultrasound procedures</li><li>Have at least 12 months clinical Sonographer experience in General Ultrasound and 12 months experience in Vascular or Echo</li><li>Are able to lift equipment and/or assist patients onto the exam table as needed</li><li>Have been fully vaccinated or are willing to receive a COVID-19 vaccination and booster (religious/medical exemptions are allowed)</li><li>Have a valid Driver's License</li></ul>The hourly rate for this position is $40.00 to $48.00/hour. Please note that the hourly range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location.
