We are looking for a Senior 3D Designer with a background in interior, architectural, exhibition, or environmental design to join our integrated creative team for 3-6 months. This role is focused on designing and delivering a large brand experience early to mid 2026 with possible involvement on other projects too.</div><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b><br>
Key Responsibilities</b></h3><div><b><br>
Spatial &amp; Experience Design:</b></div><ul>
<li>Demonstrate a strong understanding of spatial design principles to create impactful, innovative environments</li>
<li>Develop 3D concepts, layouts, and designs that align with creative briefs and brand narratives</li>
<li>Produce high-quality design intent drawings, and technical documentation to communicate ideas effectively</li>
<li>Possess a good understanding in detailing, materials and fabrication processes</li>
<li>Create quality comprehensive technical drawing packages, using Vectorworks, including plans, elevations and detailing</li>
</ul><div><b>3D Modeling, Rendering &amp; Visualization:</b></div><ul>
<li>Create high-quality renders ideally using Cinema 4D.</li>
<li>Work with 2D designers and motion specialists to integrate graphic elements into 3D environments</li>
</ul><div><b>Collaboration &amp; Execution:</b></div><ul>
<li>Lead discussions and presentations with clients and internal teams</li>
<li>Work closely with UX designers, 2D designers and Strategists to develop holistic creative solutions</li>
<li>Delegate to other members of the 3D team as required</li>
<li>Liaise with fabricators, engineers, and production specialists to ensure designs are technically feasible and meet production requirements</li>
<li>Support the team by preparing internal and client presentations, delivering visually compelling design assets</li>
<li>Maintain quality control over multiple projects, ensuring work is delivered on time and to a high standard</li>
<li>Potentially seeing project through to completion onsite.</li></ul><br>

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise</b></h3><br>

At least 5 years of experience in 3D design, interior architecture, exhibition, or environmental design</li>
<li>Degree or equivalent qualification in Interior, Architecture or Environmental Design</li>
<li>Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in spatial storytelling, brand experiences, and high-quality visualizations</li>
<li>Exceptional design aesthetic, strong knowledge of materials, fabrication techniques, and production processes</li>
<li>Ability to visualize and communicate ideas quickly</li>
<li>Experience working within multidisciplinary teams, collaborating with designers, technologists, and production specialists</li>
<li>Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage time effectively</li>
<li>Confident presentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts clearly</li>
<li>Ability to work to tight deadlines and deliver high-quality work under pressure</li>
<li>Enthusiastic and open-minded, with a passion for innovation and exploring new technologies</li>
<li>Expertise in 3D modelling and rendering software, including Cinema 4D or similar modelling packages</li>

Senior 3D Designer - Contract position for 3-6 months

We are looking to expand our creative team for the next 3-6 months with the addition of a brilliant Graphic/Digital Designer. You will work on large scale projects, shaping their visual identity, pushing their creative direction, designing for everything from large-scale environments to digital platforms, crafting engaging content, and ultimately delivering impactful and innovative experiences.</div><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b><br>
Key Responsibilities</b></h3><div><b><i><br>
Concept &amp; Ideation:</i></b></div><ul>
<li>Display a cohesive understanding of design principles that make innovative and effective brand communications, large-scale graphics, and digital design</li>
<li>Work with Creative Strategists, Designers and Copywriters to shape multi-channel creative ideas</li>
<li>Develop and present concept/design treatments, mood boards, and storyboards for projects</li>
<li>Help drive creative innovation within the team, sharing your unique perspective and expertise in animation and motion design</li>
</ul><div><b><i>Design &amp; Execution:</i></b></div><ul>
<li>Design for multiple formats including print, digital, experiential, and motion</li>
<li>Ensure that all work aligns with client brand guidelines while pushing creativity within those constraints</li>
<li>Develop spatial graphics for live experiences (installations, exhibitions and brand activations)</li>
<li>Design UI/UX elements for interactive touchpoints</li>
<li>Support internal and external presentations, ensuring they are visually compelling and well-structured</li>
<li>Liaise with the production team to ensure the best creative solutions are realized and executed flawlessly</li>
<li>Present ideas to internal teams and clients on a regular basis, articulating design rationale and receiving feedback constructively</li></ul><br>

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise</b></h3><br>

At least 4-5 years of agency experience in graphic, digital, or brand design (agency experience is essential)</li>
<li>Degree or qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field</li>
<li>Enthusiastic and open-minded creative thinker, passionate about pushing design boundaries</li>
<li>Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects) and Figma</li>
<li>Experience in storyboarding and proof-of-concept development for both static and motion design</li>
<li>Strong ability to articulate and translate designs to artworks, working closely with designers, producers, and client services</li>
<li>Knowledge of digital technologies, platforms, and multi-channel design applications</li>
<li>Experience working to tight deadlines, with excellent time management skills</li>
<li>Strong presentation and client liaison skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly</li>
<li>Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and take ownership of projects</li>

Senior 2D Designer - Brand & Digital - Contract position for 3-6 months
