Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Export Documentation: Prepare, review, and manage export documents such as commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and bills of lading.</li><li>Shipping Coordination: Coordinate shipments with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs brokers to ensure smooth international logistics operations.</li><li>Compliance: Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, including customs documentation, tariffs, and import/export laws.</li><li>Customer Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding export shipments, ensuring they receive timely updates and resolving any issues that arise.</li><li>Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels to ensure sufficient inventory is available for export and communicate with the procurement team as needed.</li><li>Customs Clearance: Work closely with customs brokers to facilitate customs clearance for international shipments.</li><li>Market Knowledge: Stay informed about international market trends, shipping costs, and regulations affecting export operations.</li></ul>Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all export transactions and prepare reports on shipping status, inventory, and costs for managementJob Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;20,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
