<div><div><b>Purpose of Position</b>- The Human Resources Coordinator supports the daily operations of the Human Resources Department at Imagine! by performing a wide range of administrative, coordination, and communication duties. This position plays a key role in ensuring smooth HR processes, maintaining accurate employee records, and providing exceptional service to internal and external stakeholders.</div><div></div><div><b><br>
Essential Duties/Responsibilities</b></div><ul><li>
Communications<ul><li>
Create and distribute the weekly HR email highlighting current open positions.</li><li>
Send weekly communication to hiring managers, IT, and LMS regarding potential new hires.</li><li>
Send weekly updates regarding employee terminations.</li></ul></li><li>
Documentation<ul><li>
Process and maintain accurate documentation for:<ul><li>
Leaves of Absence</li><li>
Workers&rsquo; Compensation</li><li>
Unemployment claims</li><li>
Training and Education</li><li>
Certifications</li><li>
Employee files</li></ul></li><li>
Maintain and process employee changes in the HRIS system.</li><li>
Ensure all personnel files meet company, state, and federal standards.</li></ul></li><li>
Benefits<ul><li>
Ensure all benefit systems and records are kept current and accurate.</li><li>
Be the point of contact for employees needing benefit assistance</li><li>
Ensure benefit transitions are processed timely and the employee kept up to date</li><li>
Process Wellness Reimbursement Requests in accordance with program policy</li><li>
Oversee Anniversary/Birthday and Referral Bonus programs</li></ul></li><li>
Recruitment/Hiring<ul><li>
Assist with recruitment and onboarding of new hires, including processing all paperwork, background checks, and reference checks.</li><li>
Support screening and initial review of job candidates.</li><li>
Conduct new hire orientations and ensure a positive onboarding experience.</li></ul></li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
Other Duties/Responsibilities</b></div><ul><li>
Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism in all HR matters.</li><li>
Provide administrative support for Imagine!&rsquo;s Culture Club, including scheduling, communication, and event coordination.</li><li>
Perform background checks and reference checks for volunteers, interns, and others as directed.</li><li>
Perform general administrative HR tasks and other duties as assigned.</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
Job Qualifications</b></div><div><div><div>

</li><li>Effective written and verbal communication skills with individuals and groups at all professional levels.</li><li>

</li><li>Exceptional organization and collaboration skills.</li><li>
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.</li><li>
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.</li><li>
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with HRIS systems preferred.</li><li>
Intermediate skills in Excel and PowerPoint.</li><li>
High comfort with delivering presentations to groups of various size.</li><li>
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>
Customer service mindset and collaborative approach to teamwork.</li><li>
Bi-lingual in Spanish a plus</li></ul></div><div><div><br>
 Training/Education:</div><br>
<ul><li>
High School diploma or GED required.
</li><li>Associate&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required; Bachelor&rsquo;s degree preferred.</li></ul></div><div><div><br>
 Experience:</div><br>
<ul><li>
Minimum of one year of HR or administrative experience required or an equivalent combination of education and experience.</li><li>
Certification such as aPHR, or other HR related certification highly preferred.</li></ul></div><div><div><br>
 Working Environment/Physical Activities</div><div><br>
<ul><li>
Ability to lift 20 pounds.</li><li>
Effective with shifting roles, responsibilities, and expectations in a changing environment.</li><li>
Typical office environment with standard working hours.</li><li>
Occasional travel between Imagine! locations may be required.</li><li>
May require prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.</li></ul></div></div></div><div></div><div><br>
