 Project Management Officers (PMO)
 
 to help build and track a complex portfolio in the credit card domain. You would be employed by Imagineers but be ONSITE at our client, arguably the most prestigious firm on Wall Street.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Focus:
 
 The primary focus of this role will be on
 
 Roadmap tracking, reporting, and follow-up
 
 for both Business As Usual (BAU) routines and Engineering change delivery.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Required Skills &amp; Experience:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Strong project management skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in project and portfolio tracking.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with Smartsheet and/or MS Project.
 </li>
 <li>
 Expertise in JIRA.
 </li>
 <li>
 General knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with testing, bug resolution, communications, and reporting.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Function Details &amp; Responsibilities:
 
 The ideal candidates will have previous experience in managing, tracking, reporting, and communicating a large SDLC portfolio, particularly for a credit card issuer. A base knowledge of consumer finance will be highly beneficial, alongside core project and program management competencies.
 
 
 
 
 
 The primary functions will include:
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Tracking the Portfolio roadmap, managing a 1-N list of projects across various functions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Soliciting program updates from Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and project owners.
 </li>
 <li>
 Following up on any critical blockers, risks, or issues to ensure timely resolution.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensuring regular updates are maintained on Smartsheet and other designated tracking tools.
 </li>
 <li>
 Setting up and conducting weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly sessions with SMEs and leadership to report on progress and address issues.
 </li>
 <li>
 Holding 'change management sessions' to ensure appropriate documentation and tracking for any changes or additions to the roadmap.
 </li>
 <li>
 Reporting these changes to Senior Management for approval.
 </li>
