The role involves coordination with contractors, consultants, and internal teams to achieve project milestones within budget and timeline.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Supervise daily site activities and ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and safety standards.</li><li>Monitor site progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.</li><li>Coordinate with architects, consultants, subcontractors, and internal departments to resolve technical issues.</li><li>Interpret engineering drawings, plans, and specifications for site implementation.</li><li>Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to ensure construction meets design requirements.</li><li>Ensure availability of materials, tools, and manpower for timely execution of work.</li><li>Prepare and maintain site documentation such as work permits, inspection logs, and material records.</li><li>Assist in preparing as-built drawings and handover documentation.</li><li>Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental policies at the site.</li><li>Support the preparation of cost estimates, work schedules, and procurement requirements.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Civil Engineering / Construction Engineering / Mechanical or Electrical (for MEP).</li><li>2&ndash;5 years of relevant experience in site supervision or execution.</li><li>Good knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.</li><li>Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and MS Office.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Excellent communication and coordination abilities.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From RO300.000 per monthWork Location: In person
