<div><ul><li>Lead the end-to-end technical design and delivery of Salesforce solutions, including custom development, integrations, and platform configurations.</li><li>
Architect scalable solutions across Salesforce clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, etc.) aligned with best practices.</li><li>
Translate business requirements into technical specifications, data models, and solution designs.</li><li>
Develop and review Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce pages, and Flows.</li><li>
Own the technical governance of the Salesforce org &mdash; managing code quality, release management, and deployment pipelines (CI/CD).</li><li>
Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce developers and administrators, conducting code reviews and providing technical guidance.</li><li>
Design and implement integrations with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware platforms (e.g., Jitterbit), and platform events.</li><li>
Collaborate with Business Analysts and Product Owners to align technical solutions with business goals.</li><li>
Manage and mitigate technical risks, proactively identifying issues and recommending solutions.</li><li>
Stay current with Salesforce releases, new features, and emerging best practices, and assess their impact on the platform.</li><li>
Ensure compliance with security, data governance, and regulatory requirements within the Salesforce environment.</li></ul> 

Requirements 
Minimum Qualifications:<ul><li><ul><li>
8+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, with at least 2 years in a technical lead or senior role.</li><li>
Deep expertise in Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.</li><li>
Strong experience with Salesforce declarative tools &mdash; Flows, Process Builder, Validation Rules, and Custom Metadata.</li><li>
Proven experience designing and building integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and event-driven architecture.</li><li>
Solid understanding of Salesforce data modelling, security model (profiles, permission sets, sharing rules), and governor limits.</li><li>
Experience with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Salesforce DX, Git, Copado, Gearset, or similar).</li><li>
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.</li></ul></li></ul>
Certifications (Required / Preferred)<ul><li>
Required: Salesforce Platform Developer I</li><li>
Preferred: Salesforce Platform Developer II, Salesforce Application Architect, System Architect</li></ul>

Excellent communication skills &mdash; able to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.</li><li>
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.</li><li>

Preferable Skills:<ul><li>
Experience in large-scale Salesforce org transformations or migrations.</li><li>
Proficiency with dbt for data transformation and modelling.</li><li>
Hands-on experience with data orchestration and data pipeline tools.</li><li>
