Boutique Immigration Law firm in San Jose, CA, is seeking a Legal Receptionist / Legal Assistant to work as part of our Spanish Team. Job duties include answering the phone when necessary and other administrative tasks such as:Calendar management, responding to emails, preparing out going mail, maintaining the office filing system, and assisting the case manager on Immigration procedures.As a Legal Receptionist /Administrative Assistant you will handle cases and help in the preparation up until filing. You will be handling family based immigration. Must be a quick learner and be able to handle hard work. At Sedona Immigration we care about quality client care and maintain constant communication with our clients. Must be fluent in Spanish and English.At least 1 year of law office experience is preferred.
