<div>We are looking for an experienced Immigration Paralegal (3+ years of experience) to join our legal team. The Immigration Paralegal will support our attorneys in preparing and filing immigration-related documents and managing client cases. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.</div><div><br>
</div>
<div><b>Responsibilities:</b><br>
</div><ul><li>Assist attorneys with preparing and filing immigration-related documents, including petitions, applications, and supporting documentation</li></ul>
<ul><li>Manage client cases, including preparing case files, monitoring case status, and updating clients on the progress of their case</li></ul>
<ul><li>Conduct legal research and prepare legal briefs and memoranda on immigration-related issues</li></ul>
<ul><li>Assist with client communications and document requests, including drafting correspondence, responding to client inquiries, and preparing legal forms and documents</li></ul>
<ul><li>Maintain accurate and complete case files, including electronic and paper records, and ensure that all deadlines are met</li></ul>
<ul><li>Coordinate with outside parties, including government agencies, clients, and other law firms, as needed</li></ul>
<ul><li>Assist with the management of the department's calendar, including scheduling appointments and court appearances</li></ul><div><br>
</div>
<div><b>Qualifications:</b><br>
</div><div>3+ Years of Experience Working as a Legal Assistant in an Immigration Law Office</div>
<ul><li>Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities</li></ul>
<ul><li>Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills</li></ul>
<ul><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office and case management software</li></ul>
<ul><li>Fluency in Spanish required</li></ul><div><br>
