The HR Assistant supports the Human Resources department by performing administrative tasks and services to maintain and enhance the department&rsquo;s operations. This role assists with recruiting,calling ,aligning interviews, onboarding, employee records management, payroll processing, and general HR-related inquiries.</p><div><br>
A. The ideal person should ensure a strong and process driven sourcing, recruitment, interview coordination, negotiations, Documentations, Internal checklists etc. to ensure a smooth team building and onboarding.<br>

B. Managing regular daily office tasks or admin tasks.<br>
<br>
C. Handling Employee related matters, Employee file, onboarding and Inductions.<br>

D. Ensure retention as per required policy.</div><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b><br>
Requirements</b></h3><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Key Responsibilities:</b></h3><ul><li><p><br>
Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.</p></li><li><p><br>
Maintain and update employee records in physical and digital formats.</p></li><li><p><br>
Assist in recruitment efforts by posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.</p></li><li><p><br>
Coordinate new hire onboarding, orientation sessions, and exit interviews.</p></li><li><p><br>
Support the payroll process by gathering and entering employee data.</p></li><li><p><br>
Respond to internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests and provide assistance.</p></li><li><p><br>
Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts and new hire guides.</p></li><li><p><br>
Assist in benefits administration and answering employee benefit-related questions.</p></li><li><p><br>
Organize and maintain HR files, databases, and documentation for compliance purposes.</p></li><li><p><br>
Help plan and execute company events and training sessions.</p></li><li><p><br>
Ensure compliance with labor regulations and internal policies.</p></li></ul><p></p><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b><br>
Qualifications:</b></h3><ul><li><p><br>
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate&rsquo;s or Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.</p></li><li><p><br>
1&ndash;2 years of administrative experience, ideally in HR.</p></li><li><p><br>
Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and HRIS systems (e.g., ADP, BambooHR) is a plus.</p></li><li><p><br>
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.</p></li><li><p><br>
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.</p></li><li><p><br>
High level of discretion and professionalism with confidential information.</p></li></ul></div></div><p></p>
