 Job Description
 
 
 <ol>
 <li>
 Develop and execute annual, quarterly, and monthly sales plans to ensure that strategic and financial targets are met.
 </li>
 <li>
 Create and implement commercial strategies, including product strategy, MSRP policy, and channel policy.
 </li>
 <li>
 New RD（regional distributor） ,MD（Master dealer），Resellers development: develop new RD（regional distributor） ,MD（Master dealer），Resellers from CCTV/IT channel.
 </li>
 <li>
 Existing RD（regional distributor） ,MD（Master dealer），Resellers management: manage sell in/sell out, increase the our business share.
 </li>
 <li>
 Distributor&rsquo;s management: manage the distributor&rsquo; order, inventory, and sales data.
 </li>
 <li>
 Training program: execute product training for distributors,RD（regional distributor） ,MD（Master dealer）resellers and installers
 </li>
 <li>
 New channel development: retail, electronic, mobile, etc.
 </li>
 <li>
 Plan and execute channel marketing and promotional activities to increase sales.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct market research, collect competitive product information, price strategies, and promotional activities, then analyze and develop relevant strategic countermeasures.
 </li>
 </ol>
 
 
 Job Requirements
 
 
 <ol>
 <li>
 Minimum a Bachelor's degree.
 </li>
 <li>
 At least 2+ years of experience in CCTV industrial channel sales within background , with working experience in the CCTV distributors or CCTV manufacture being a significant advantage.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent market insight and planning ability, sales data analysis ability, and business negotiation ability. Strong communication and coordination skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Fluency in English and Arabic.
 </li>
 <li>
 Accustomed to frequent business trips.
 </li>

 1.Offline and online training work

 Trainees: sales team, distributors, resellers, installers, and promoters.
 </li>
 <li>
 Typical training scenarios: new product launches, new customer development, quarterly regular training
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 2.Online technical question answering
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Service objects: distributors, resellers and installers
 </li>
 <li>
 Deal with typical problems: installation problems, links, video playback, etc.
 </li>
 <li>
 Processing method: Facebook, phone, chat software.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 3.Offline technical support
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Service object: distributors, resellers and installers
 </li>
 <li>
 Typical scenario: Resolve technical problems on site and resolve product quality issues
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 4.Translation
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Sorting out localized user guidance materials
 </li>

 General issues, quick installation manuals in local language, and operation video shooting
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 5.Product promotion

 Typical scenarios: annual customer meetings, annual new product launches, industry exhibitions,

 Main role: product presentation, technical solutions, sample booth setting

 6.App operation and promotion:

 Partner App: update the product material, promote the App to resellers and installers
 </li>

 Job Requirement

 <li>
 3-year experience in the technical support position .
 </li>
 <li>
 Have deep knowledge in IT/CCTV/Technology products.
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiar with CCTV ,smart home ,wifi Camera industry.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor degree of technical or related field;
 </li>
 <li>
 Good English and Arabic reading, writing and speaking;
 </li>
 <li>
 Good interpersonal, written oral communication and presentation skills;
 </li>
 <li>
 Customer-oriented;
 </li>

 Accustomed to frequent business trips.
 </li>
