 Alembic Therapeutics, in partnership with ImpactBio, is launching Pivya&reg;, an FDA-approved oral antibiotic for uncomplicated urinary tract infections (uUTIs). Proven for over 40 years in Denmark as a first-line therapy, Pivya&reg; is now entering the U.S. market&mdash;and we&rsquo;re building a team of driven, ambitious sales professionals to support this high-profile launch.
 
 
 As a Territory Sales Representative, you don&rsquo;t need prior pharmaceutical sales experience&mdash;we&rsquo;re looking for motivated, coachable individuals who are eager to learn, follow a proven sales model, and build a long-term career in the industry. You&rsquo;ll receive the training, tools, and mentorship needed to succeed while gaining real-world experience calling on healthcare providers.
 
 
 This full-time role is with ImpactBio, a premier commercial partner in Life Sciences, with the potential to transition to Alembic Therapeutics based on strong performance.

 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 &bull; Promote Pivya&reg; to healthcare providers within your assigned territory
 
 
 &bull; Learn and execute a structured sales process and messaging strategy
 
 
 &bull; Build relationships with physicians, nurses, and office staff
 
 
 &bull; Consistently apply training and coaching in the field
 
 
 &bull; Develop and execute territory plans to achieve sales goals
 
 
 &bull; Provide timely updates, insights, and field feedback to leadership
 
 
 &bull; Maintain full compliance with all company and industry regulations
 
 
 
 
 
 
 What We&rsquo;re Looking For
 
 
 
 &bull; Bachelor&rsquo;s degree required
 
 
 &bull; 1&ndash;3 years of sales or customer-facing experience (B2B, retail, service, or related)
 
 
 &bull; A strong desire to break into pharmaceutical or healthcare sales
 
 
 &bull; Proven work ethic and a track record of meeting or exceeding goals
 
 
 &bull; Coachability&mdash;someone who takes direction well and applies feedback quickly
 
 
 &bull; High level of motivation, resilience, and accountability
 
 
 &bull; Strong communication and interpersonal skills
 
 
 &bull; Ability to work independently while following a defined sales plan
 
 
 &bull; Willingness to travel extensively within territory
 
 
 &bull; Valid driver&rsquo;s license with a clean driving record
 
 
 
 Pharmaceutical experience is not required&mdash;drive, attitude, and willingness to learn are.
