Essential Front Desk duties:</b></p><ul><li><div>
Communicate with our members and TMs in person, by phone, and in writing.</div></li><li><div>
Follow verbal communication. This includes communication from members, TMs, and supervisors.</div></li><li><div>
Follow written communication. This includes prepared scripts for multiple member services, such as info calls, tours, cancellations, and rate reviews.</div></li><li><div>
Use different types of technology to service members:</div></li><li><div>
Certify in both CPR and AED training.</div></li><li><div>
Perform CPR and use the AED machine.</div></li><li><div>
Use and understand our exercise equipment and be able to demonstrate its use to members.</div></li><li><div>
Cleaning &amp; maintaining restrooms, locker area, showers, Black Card Spa amenities, entry way, club floor, exercise equipment.</div><ul><li><div>
Cleaning includes, but is not limited to, mopping, vacuuming, scrubbing, wiping, disposing of trash, and handling chemicals.</div></li></ul></li><li><div>
Comply with all safety &amp; sanitization guidelines.</div></li><li><div>
Other duties assigned.</div></li></ul><p></p><p><b><br>
What we are looking for:</b></p><ul><li><div>
Service-oriented and able to resolve member concerns.</div></li><li><div>
Basic computer proficiency.</div></li><li><div>
Upbeat attitude.</div></li><li><div>
Punctuality and reliability are a must.</div></li><li><div>
Minimum High School Diploma or Equivalent</div></li><li><div>
Initiative and strong communication skills.</div></li><li><div>
Ability to work a flexible schedule, which may include nights, weekends, and holidays.</div></li></ul><p></p><p><b><br>
Physical Requirements</b></p><ul><li><div>
Stand and walk for long periods of time.</div></li><li><div>
Talk and hear.</div></li><li><div>
Use of hands and fingers to handle or feel.</div></li><li><div>
Repetitively reach with arms and hands, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, bend, and twist.</div></li><li><div>
The employee must occasionally lift, push, and pull objects weighing up to 50 pounds.</div></li></ul><p></p><p><b><br>
