Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Provide first and second-level technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.</li><li>Install, configure, and maintain operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and applications.</li><li>Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues for end-users.</li><li>Set up new user accounts, email IDs, and access permissions in accordance with IT policies.</li><li>Perform regular system updates, patches, and antivirus checks.</li><li>Support remote users via remote desktop tools or VPN.</li><li>Maintain asset inventory of IT equipment and ensure proper documentation.</li><li>Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level IT support or vendors when necessary.</li><li>Provide guidance and training to end-users on IT best practices and security.</li><li>Ensure compliance with organizational IT security and data protection policies.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;22,000.00 - &#8377;28,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>What is your total experience in Desktop Support?</li></ul>Work Location: In person
