Key Responsibilities
<ul><li>Create engaging and visually appealing graphics for digital and print media (social media posts, website banners, emails, etc.).</li>
<li>Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute design ideas aligned with brand guidelines.</li>
<li>Work on UI/UX designs, layouts, and prototypes using Figma.</li>
<li>Edit and enhance images, illustrations, and other visual assets using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and related tools.</li>
<li>Maintain consistency in visual identity across all marketing materials.</li>
<li>Support the team in brainstorming and creative discussions.</li>
</ul>Required Skills &amp; Tools
<ul><li>Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and basic knowledge of After Effects/Premiere Pro (optional).</li>
<li>Strong sense of design aesthetics, color, typography, and layout.</li>
<li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and teamwork skills.</li>
</ul>Qualifications
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in graphic design, Fine Arts, or a related field.</li>
<li>2-4 years of professional design experience (preferably in marketing or digital agencies).</li></ul></div>
