Preparing proforma invoice and sales order confirmationsiii. Coordinating with customer for planning delivery schedules, payments receipts and any after sales related support.iv. You will coordinate with customers for payments.v. You will coordinate customer visits at factory.vi. You will be responsible for preparation of monthly sales MIS and other sales reports. b.Interdepartmental Coordination:i. You will be the SPOC between Sales team and all other teams including Operations, Design, and Accounts.ii. You will attend daily meetings with production, purchase, design etc to understand production and delivery status.iii. You will act as a SPOC between operations team and the customer understanding and clarifying any questions either party has regarding delivery and execution.iv. The role involves coordinating with various departments, managing vendors, maintaining records, and supporting HR, safety, and facility management functions.Key Responsibilities:1. General Administration<ul><li>Oversee office and factory administration, ensuring a clean, safe, and efficient work environment.</li><li>Manage stationery, housekeeping, cafeteria, and security services.</li><li>Monitor and maintain inventory of office and plant supplies.</li><li>Supervise maintenance of office equipment, utilities, and company vehicles.</li><li>Handle travel arrangements, accommodation, and logistics for employees and guests.</li></ul>2. Vendor &amp; Facility Management<ul><li>Identify, negotiate, and coordinate with vendors for administrative services and maintenance.</li><li>Maintain contracts, AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts), and service records.</li><li>Ensure compliance with facility-related safety and legal requirements.</li></ul>3. Documentation &amp; Record Keeping<ul><li>Maintain records related to attendance, visitors, asset registers, and administrative expenses.</li><li>Assist in documentation for audits, ISO, and statutory compliance related to admin operations.</li><li>Prepare and manage purchase requisitions and petty cash expenses.</li></ul>4. HR &amp; Employee Support<ul><li>Support HR in onboarding activities, ID card issuance, and induction arrangements.</li><li>Assist in employee welfare activities, events, and canteen management.</li><li>Address administrative requests and grievances from staff promptly.</li></ul>5.
