 Civil Site Supervisor
 
 to oversee the execution of high-end developments, including fine dining restaurants and luxury interiors.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Role Overview
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Supervise daily site operations and ensure work aligns with approved drawings and specifications
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to maintain workflow and resolve site issues
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor progress, enforce safety protocols, and maintain quality standards
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare daily site reports and support project managers in planning and resource allocation
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure compliance with UAE regulations and local authority requirements
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist in inspections, snagging, and handover procedures
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Candidate Profile
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or related field
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum
 
 5 years of UAE experience
 
 , specifically in
 
 Dubai and Abu Dhabi
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven background in
 
 high-end F&amp;B construction and interior fit-out projects
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of site execution, materials, and local compliance standards
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Proactive, hands-on, and committed to delivering quality on time
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with AutoCAD and site reporting tools
 </li>
 <li>
 Valid UAE driving license preferred
 </li>
