 Graphic Designer
 
 
 
 SUMMARY: Responsible for the creation of logos for order completion and developmental packages as needed for customers and internal requirements.
 
 
 
 Essential Duties And Responsibilities.
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Receive assignments from the Production Design Manager, Senior Graphic Designers, Account Managers and other staff members.
 </li>
 <li>
 Create, source and/or modify designs, illustrations, and logos in accordance with company objectives and customer needs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Achieve and maintain familiarity with internal design templates and company standards.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain proficiency on current computer hardware and software, and further develop skills as technology evolves.
 </li>
 <li>
 Complete a wide range of routine to complex designs with accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Be prepared to communicate and work directly with customers in the office.
 </li>
 <li>
 Be prepared to travel solo to appointments/design fairs and work with customers occasionally.
 </li>
 <li>
 Be prepared to travel to tradeshows and work with customers occasionally.

 Qualifications / Education

 <li>
 Ability to thrive in a fast paced, rapidly changing and growing entrepreneurial environment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge and skill in the areas of logo design.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in graphic design software &ndash; strong Illustrator skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to communicate clearly both orally and written.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to exercise good judgment and decision-making skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to self motivate and stay on task daily.
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum of Associate Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications or related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 Attention to detail and understanding the rules and limitations of our factory for design.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to communicate with customers clearly.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Working Conditions
 
 
 
 Occasional travel during the week/weekends and extra work hours throughout the week during peak seasons.
