Role summary We hiring a Female Finance Manager in Karachi to lead payroll management, cost management, inventory accounting, financial reporting, and internal controls.Key responsibilities<ul><li>Manage end-to-end payroll processing and controls</li><li>Oversee costing, margins, and cost optimization</li><li>Supervise inventory accounting, stock reconciliation, and valuation</li><li>Prepare monthly MIS, budgets, and cash flow reports</li><li>Ensure compliance with tax, audit, and internal control requirements</li><li>Coordinate with operations, procurement, warehouse, and HR</li></ul>Required profile<ul><li>BBA/MBA Finance, ACCA, CA Inter, ICMA, or equivalent</li><li>5+ years relevant experience</li><li>Hands-on experience in payroll, cost management, and inventory</li><li>Strong Excel and ERP skills</li><li>Based in Karachi or willing to work on-site in Karachi</li></ul>Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs75,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person

We are looking for a highly creative and technically skilled Content Creator to join our prestigious cosmetic tower.This role is for someone who can independently create premium, high-quality social media content for a beauty and aesthetics brand &mdash; including graphics, reels, edited videos, and basic website content updates.You should be confident in:<ul><li>Creating luxury-style Instagram content</li><li>Designing modern and polished graphics</li><li>Shooting and editing impressive reels/videos</li><li>Showcasing makeup, hair transformations, and aesthetic procedures in a visually powerful way</li><li>Updating website visuals and content when needed</li></ul>Technical skills required:<ul><li>Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar graphic design tools</li><li>Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or similar video editing tools</li><li>Strong knowledge of reels editing, transitions, text overlays, pacing, and visual storytelling</li><li>Understanding of beauty photography/videography, lighting, and framing</li><li>Ability to create platform-optimized content for Instagram and other digital channels</li><li>Ability to independently manage basic website updations such as banners, images, text changes, offer sections, and visual refreshes</li><li>Familiarity with platforms like WordPress, Shopify, Wix, or other CMS is a plus</li></ul>We want someone who understands beauty branding and can turn everyday services into bold, elegant, and attention-grabbing content.Our goal: To make our brand stand out on social media and digital platforms with content that feels premium, modern, and unforgettable.Please share your portfolio, Instagram work samples, and previous beauty/aesthetics content experience.Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs55,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
