Imperial Kitchen, a leading restaurant brand in Venpalavattom, is looking for a dedicated and experienced Purchase/Store Manager to join our dynamic team.Position: Purchase/Store ManagerLocation: Imperial Kitchen, Venpalavattom Employment Type: Full-TimeKey Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage daily store and inventory operations</li><li>Plan, source, and purchase raw materials &amp; supplies</li><li>Maintain accurate stock levels and documentation</li><li>Coordinate with vendors, suppliers &amp; internal departments</li><li>Ensure timely procurement and cost-effective purchasing</li><li>Monitor stock usage, wastage &amp; consumption patterns</li><li>Maintain hygiene, safety, and organizational standards</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Experience in restaurant/hotel inventory &amp; purchase preferred</li><li>Strong negotiation &amp; vendor-management skills</li><li>Good knowledge of food materials, stock rotation &amp; storekeeping</li><li>Ability to work independently and handle responsibilities</li><li>Basic computer skills (Excel, billing/inventory software)</li></ul>Salary: Based on experienceJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;25,000.00 - &#8377;35,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Food provided</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Ability to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Diploma (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Purchasing: 3 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>Malayalam (Preferred)</li><li>English (Preferred)</li><li>Hindi (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
