Job Title: Business Development ExecutiveRole:To build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals and reach out to new potential customers. Your main goal will be to connect with healthcare professionals at hospitals, understand their needs, and set up valuable meetings for our sales team.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Call existing and potential hospital clients to build relationships and introduce Imperial Surgical.</li><li>Understand the needs of hospitals and identify how our products can help them.</li><li>Schedule meetings for our sales team with interested contacts.</li><li>Keep our client contact information accurate and organized.</li><li>Communicate clearly and professionally over the phone and via email.</li><li>Work closely with the sales team to ensure successful meetings.</li></ul>What We're Looking For:<ul><li>Great Communicator: Excellent telephone etiquette and the ability to build rapport easily.</li><li>Friendly &amp; Enthusiastic: Talkative, high energy, and hospitable over the phone.</li><li>Persistent &amp; Proactive: Willing to follow up and reach out to connect with clients (a real 'go-getter').</li><li>Eager to Learn: Open to understanding client needs and our products.</li><li>Organized: Comfortable using a computer for basic data entry and finding information online.</li><li>Confident: Comfortable initiating conversations.</li><li>Language Proficiency: Fluent in English, Conversational in Marathi and Hindi</li><li>Skill Proficiency: Basic knowledge of XL, Google Suite</li><li>Prior Experience: 1-2 years experience in telemarketing or customer service</li></ul>Position Details:<ul><li>Reports to: Marketing Manager, Partners</li><li>Location: Mumbai</li><li>Position: Full time</li></ul>About Imperial Surgical Company:Imperial Surgical Company, established in 1923 in Mumbai, is a trusted supplier of medical devices, surgical instruments, and medical consumables.
