 The Senior Architect will be responsible for leading the design process across multiple high-profile projects, ensuring architectural integrity, regulatory compliance, and alignment with the client&rsquo;s vision.  Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 
 &middot; Direct and manage the design development process for high-end architectural projects across residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors.
 
 
 
 
 &middot; Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams including architects, engineers, consultants, and interior designers to ensure cohesive project delivery.
 
 
 
 
 &middot; Oversee the preparation of conceptual designs, schematic layouts, and detailed construction documentation.
 
 
 
 
 &middot; Ensure compliance with UAE building regulations, local authority requirements, and international codes and standards.
 
 
 
 
 &middot; Participate in design reviews, client presentations, and key decision-making meetings with stakeholders.
 
 
 
 
 &middot; Provide technical oversight during site execution to ensure design fidelity and quality control.
 
 
 
 
 &middot; Guide and mentor junior architects and designers, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
 
 
 
 
 &middot; Support proposal development and contribute to business development efforts when required.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Requirements:
 
 
 
 
 &middot; Bachelor&rsquo;s or Master&rsquo;s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
 
 
 
 
 &middot; Minimum of 8 years of professional experience, including 4+ years in a senior or lead role.
 
 
 
 
 &middot; Proven experience in managing and delivering large-scale, high-end projects from concept to completion.
 
 
 
 
 &middot; Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite; expertise in rendering tools such as 3ds Max, Lumion, or Enscape is preferred.
 
 
 
 
 &middot; Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
 
 
 
 
 &middot; In-depth understanding of local UAE building codes, authority approval processes, and regional market trends.
 
 
 
 
 &middot; A well-curated portfolio showcasing design capability, technical documentation, and project management experience.
