 to provide comprehensive personal and professional support to the CEO. The PA will ensure that all aspects of the CEO&rsquo;s personal, work, and family life are managed seamlessly, while also supporting day-to-day administrative and executive requirements.  Key Responsibilities:

 Provide comprehensive personal and administrative support to the CEO, ensuring the seamless coordination of daily personal, household, and professional activities.

 <li>
 Manage and maintain the CEO&rsquo;s personal and family calendars, including appointments, meetings, travel schedules, and social or family-related engagements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Handle personal errands, reservations, purchases, and household coordination with discretion, efficiency, and attention to detail.
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee and coordinate domestic staff schedules, household maintenance activities, and vendor relationships to ensure service quality and smooth daily operations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Plan and organize family events, travel arrangements, and logistics, ensuring all details are managed with accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain strict confidentiality in all personal, family, and business matters, exercising sound judgment and integrity at all times.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with healthcare, wellness, and fitness providers to manage the CEO&rsquo;s health routines, appointments, and overall well-being.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare, manage, and maintain personal correspondence, records, and documentation&mdash;both digital and physical&mdash;with accuracy and accessibility.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure timely follow-up on all personal, family, and household tasks, maintaining clear tracking and accountability.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support the CEO in personal projects, lifestyle management, and property or service arrangements, ensuring all deliverables are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Qualifications:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience in executive or personal assistance.
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum 5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant, preferably supporting senior management or high-profile individuals.
 </li>
 <li>
 Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and digital productivity tools.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven ability to handle confidential information with absolute discretion and integrity.
 </li>
 <li>
 Outstanding organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
 </li>
 <li>
 Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle after-hours tasks when required.

 Key Responsibilities:

 Screen, prioritize, and respond to emails, calls, and correspondence on behalf of the Managing Director.

 Coordinate internal and external meetings, including agenda preparation, documentation, and accurate minute-taking with timely follow-up on action items.

 Maintain strict confidentiality in handling sensitive corporate, financial, and personnel information.
 </li>
 <li>
 Serve as a liaison between the Managing Director and internal teams, clients, and business partners, ensuring smooth communication and follow-up on directives.
 </li>
 <li>
 Track ongoing projects, deadlines, and deliverables, ensuring timely execution and reporting.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support the Managing Director in strategic initiatives, research, and preparation of executive summaries or briefing materials.
 </li>

 Handle ad hoc assignments and confidential projects with professionalism and discretion.

 Qualifications:

 Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-level executives, preferably within the construction, design, or corporate sectors in the UAE.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and professional communication tools.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skills with strong attention to detail.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.
 </li>
 <li>
 Professional demeanor, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work with senior stakeholders.
