Impetus Systems (FlowHCM) is on a lookout for Junior Accounts Receivable ExecutiveAs a Junior Accounts Receivable Executive, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the company's receivables, ensuring timely collection of outstanding invoices, and maintaining accurate records.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Invoice Management: Prepare, issue, and follow up on invoices to ensure timely payment. Verify the accuracy of billing data and resolve any discrepancies promptly. Customer Relations: Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to facilitate smooth payment processes and address any billing or payment-related queries. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions, payments, and adjustments. Reconcile accounts receivable ledgers and ensure data integrity.Taxation Knowledge: Solid(Basic) understanding of taxation principlesREQUIRED SKILLS: Technical Skills: know how about Xero Software and Microsoft Office Suite(Excel, Word, Outlook). Experience or knowhow with SAS Based systems is a plus. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
