Client Engagement &amp; Relationship Building&nbsp;<ul><li>Build and maintain relationships with potential buyers and property owners to generate leads and referrals.</li><li>Deliver excellent customer service throughout the sales process, addressing client concerns promptly and professionally.</li></ul>&nbsp;2. Property Showcasing &amp; Advisory&nbsp;<ul><li>Conduct property tours and viewings for prospective buyers, clearly highlighting property features and benefits.</li><li>Stay informed about Dubai real estate market trends, property values, and competitor offerings to provide well-informed recommendations.</li></ul>&nbsp;3. Sales Negotiation &amp; Transaction Management&nbsp;<ul><li>Negotiate sales contracts, terms, and conditions while ensuring transparency and client satisfaction.</li><li>Coordinate property inspections, appraisals, and closing processes to ensure smooth transactions.</li></ul>&nbsp;4. Sales Performance &amp; Target Achievement&nbsp;<ul><li>Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the Director of Secondary Sales through proactive sales strategies and client engagement.</li><li>Use CRM systems and sales tools to manage client interactions, track leads, and monitor performance.</li></ul>&nbsp;5. Collaboration &amp; Compliance&nbsp;<ul><li>Collaborate with internal teams, including Marketing and Legal, to ensure regulatory compliance and effective property promotion.</li><li>Maintain and regularly update listings of available properties.</li></ul>&nbsp;6. Additional Responsibilities&nbsp;<ul><li>Perform any additional lawful duties assigned by management.</li></ul>&nbsp;Knowledge &amp; Experience&nbsp;Essential Requirements&nbsp;<ul><li>Sales experience in a similar field</li><li>Minimum 1 year of real estate experience within the Dubai market</li></ul>&nbsp;Preferred Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field</li></ul>&nbsp;Behavioral Competencies &amp; Skills1.
