We are seeking a creative and compassionate female graduate to join our team as a Kindergarten Assistant. This position involves both the design of educational and therapy materials for children with special needs, as well as providing one-on-one support in a kindergarten setting when design work is not required.Kindergarten Assistant Duties (1:1 Support):<ul><li>Work closely with children aged 3&ndash;6, providing one-on-one support during play, learning, and therapy activities.</li><li>Follow educators&rsquo; and therapists&rsquo; guidance to support each child&rsquo;s developmental goals.</li><li>Help with classroom management and contribute to a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.</li><li>Assist in daily routines such as snack time, bathroom breaks, and structured group activities.</li></ul>Additional Skills:<ul><li>Create engaging and age-appropriate educational and therapy materials tailored for children with special needs.</li><li>Collaborate with therapists and educators to understand specific child requirements and reflect them in visual design.</li><li>Use digital tools and software to produce high-quality, print-ready materials.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree (preferably in Graphic Design, Education, Science, or a related field).</li><li>Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Patience, empathy, and a passion for working with children&mdash;especially those with special needs.</li><li>Ability to adapt and multitask between design and classroom responsibilities.</li><li>Previous experience in education, special needs, or design is a plus.</li></ul>Preferred Skills:<ul><li>Understanding of child development or early childhood education.</li><li>Basic knowledge of special education strategies or therapy approaches.</li><li>Creative mindset with attention to detail.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, FresherPay: From &#8377;16,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Are you proficient in using digital any of the design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or Canva to create high-quality, print-ready materials?</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
