Required Qualifications:</b></div><ul><li>
Progressive plumbing experience</li><li>
Journeyman's or residential plumbing license and willing to sit for JW required</li><li>
Experience in removing and installing water heaters</li><li>
Valid driver's license and insurable driving record (company vehicle provided during working hours)</li><li>
Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li><li>
Strong time management skills</li><li>
Strong attention to detail</li><li>
Strong knowledge of safety compliance</li><li>
Ability to work independently or in a team environment</li><li>
Able to handle physical workload, lift and carry 60 lbs.</li></ul><div><b>

Licensed Residential Service Plumber

**Job Overview:**</b></div><div>
As an HVAC Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for the maintenance, inspection, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. Your role will ensure that our clients' HVAC systems operate efficiently and effectively, providing comfort and safety in their homes and businesses.</div><div></div><div><b><br>
Schedule - Need to be able to work weekends, flexible schedule</b></div><div></div><div><b><br>
**Key Responsibilities:**</b></div><ul><li>
Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems, including cleaning, adjusting, and troubleshooting.</li><li>
Conduct inspections of HVAC systems to identify potential issues and ensure optimal performance.</li><li>
Diagnose and repair HVAC system malfunctions.</li><li>
Replace defective components and wiring, and reassemble and test equipment following repairs.</li><li>
Communicate effectively with clients to explain issues and maintenance requirements.</li><li>
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and ensuring satisfaction with our services.</li><li>
Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work.</li><li>
Prepare reports on the status of HVAC systems and recommend necessary actions.</li><li>
Ensure all work is performed in compliance with industry standards and regulations.</li><li>

**Qualifications:**</b></div><ul><li>
EPA certification preferred</li><li>
Minimum of 2 years of experience in HVAC maintenance and repair.</li><li>
Valid driver&rsquo;s license with a clean driving record.</li><li>
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and operations.</li><li>
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.</li><li>
Strong communication and customer service skills.</li></ul><div><b><br>
