 Handle inbound calls from US-based customers.
 </li>

 Communicate product/service benefits clearly and professionally.

 Resolve customer inquiries while providing exceptional service.

 <li>
 Identify customer needs and tailor sales presentations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Consistently achieve monthly sales targets.
 </li>

 Maintain accurate records in CRM and follow up on leads.

 What We&rsquo;re Looking For

 Excellent verbal communication skills (neutral/US accent preferred).

 Understanding of US customer service culture.
 </li>

 Target-driven and self-motivated (sales experience a plus, but not required).

 Comfortable in a fast-paced, inbound call environment.
 </li>

 Basic computer/CRM knowledge (preferred).
